On September 3, Russians launched a double missile attack on a military educational institution in Poltava. A day later, the number of dead and wounded continued to grow (as of the evening of September 4, 53 dead, 298 wounded).Читати українськоюRescuers from different regions of the country are still searching for people under the rubble. According to our General Staff, since the beginning of the war and until August 29, 2024, Russia has launched 23,624 missiles and long-range drones at Ukraine. Of these, 11,919 hit our territory and exploded. The remaining 11,705 were shot down, but sometimes there is also damage from the debris. On Monday, August 26, Russia carried out one of the most massive missile and drone strikes against Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The occupiers attacked facilities in 15 regions. The main target was the energy sector. However, other civilian infrastructure in Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Lviv, and other regions was also hit. Russia continues its targeted military campaign against Ukraine's energy infrastructure. We mapped out the targets hit in recent Russian missile and drone attacks. The Trypillia thermal power station, one of the biggest electricity suppliers to the Kyiv region, was destroyed by Russian missiles on 11 April.
