As soon as another phase of active shelling of Kyiv begins, the problem of shelters immediately arises. Some people complain that shelters are dirty. Others that they are too far away, and still others that they were not allowed back in. We asked our readers to share their experiences of staying in shelters to help us summarize the problem.
